These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Løck AI Chrome Extension ("Extension," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"). By installing or using the Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.
Løck AI provides an AI-powered tool that assists users in drafting, editing, and formatting legal documents within Google Docs. The Service is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. All outputs are generated using third-party AI models (e.g., Gemini). You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy, suitability, and legality of all generated content.

The Extension integrates with the Google Docs API, Google Drive API, Google OAuth2, and Google Generative AI API (Gemini). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We use our own API keys, not yours.
We are not responsible for third-party downtime, model changes, API errors, inaccurate or harmful AI output, Google Drive syncing failures, or Google account permission changes or revocations.
By using the Extension, you consent to automatic installation of updates, improvements, fixes, and new versions. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
User content includes any text, document, instruction, or material you submit for processing. You agree that:
We are not responsible for lost documents, corrupted files, unsaved work, or overwritten content. All conversation history and document snapshots are stored in your own Google Drive, not on our servers.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, non-infringement, and suitability for legal or commercial use. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or inappropriate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed USD $10 or the minimum amount required by law, whichever is lower. Some jurisdictions do not allow full disclaimers. In such cases, liability is limited to the maximum extent legally permitted.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Løck AI, its founders, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claim, liability, damage, loss, cost, or expense arising from your use of the Service, your documents, your reliance on AI-generated content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of laws or third-party rights. This indemnification applies to the fullest extent allowed by law.
We do not guarantee that documents generated will be legally valid, that drafts will be accurate or enforceable, that outputs will suit your specific use case, that the Extension will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that Google Drive syncing will work consistently. All responsibility for reviewing, validating, and finalizing documents lies with you.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms, harmful or abusive behavior, misuse of the extension, security concerns, or inactive accounts. Upon termination, your local data remains in your browser and your Google Drive data remains under your control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. All disputes will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, except claims eligible for small-claims court. You waive your right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.
Nothing in these Terms overrides statutory consumer protection rights that cannot be waived in your jurisdiction. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
